I know we covered a geocaching repair kit last week, but we decided to do it again this week. This weeks kits are from Cache-Advance and they are called “Dr. B’s Cache Repair Kits” These kits are fantastic. They are packed full with just the right amount of items. We also go out and hunt for two caches. One is a new cache in Corpus Christi, and the other it part of the Off Your Rocker series. This makes the third time for us to hunt for the Off Your Rocker cache. The first time there were too many people there and the second time it was missing in action.

On Lets Go Caching Show 0005

In show five we hunt for two geocaches:

• GCHBQA

Kendra joins me in the studio and we address the basics of what goes into making a geocache. We show a few caches made for under $10. These caches are built to last in the weather and to provide years of caching opportunities. We show a new container that is similar to an ammunition can but made of plastic. Their website can be found at www.actionp.com. They make great containers here in the USA. ActionP makes a few deferent colors and sizes. We bought ours at Academy Sport and Outdoors. We also showed how a Rubber made watter jug can be used for a regular size geocache.

Lets go Caching on i-tunes

It took 1 business day, but our podcast called, Lets go Caching, is now listed on the i-tunes store. So if you have the chance take a look at our first few videos and let us know what you think.  We are still working some kinks out with the formula so it would be helpful to have some comments about the current podcast online.  We are working to provide a weekly video podcast about geocaching.  Being that we live in Corpus Christi, Texas, most of our caching is based in the South Texas area.  We would like people from all over the world to contribute video to the show, so please check out www.LetsGoCaching.com
